The range of the standard machine lids 99mm diameter and 127mm diameter cans. The machine can be extended to lid 154mm. The s100 is capable of lidding up to 180 cans per minute.
The lids are loaded into a horizontal magazine that holds approximately 2500 lids. The lids are auto plucked four at a time and placed onto a feed system that delivers the lids to the application head.
The s100 can be fitted with a no lid detect and reject system as well as a leaflet detect and reject.
