The rml s540 Tub Collator was designed for a customer to merge  ice cream tubs from two upstream fillers, then collate and stack them prior to further packing. The stacker makes use of a servo ball screw elevating arrangement in order to provide high speed reliable stacking. A particular feature of this stacker is that it is has been carefully designed and safety risk assessed to have no overhead guarding. In this way, the operators can quickly access the tubs if required and resolve any issues without stopping the collator.
