The rml p255i case packer is a robotic top load case packer which is configured with robot packing equipment.

The robotic packing equipment is selected by considering product weight, speed and packing configurations. For example in some applications, high speed vision guided robots are employed, whereas in others maybe heavier and slower robots would suit.

The erecting section of this case packer is from our proven e196 RSC erector range (see e196 brochure). This erector is fully adjustable and operates in continuous motion at up to 25 cartons per minute.

If required, the robot is capable of packing into the       continuously moving cartons as they pass through the packer. In this case, an encoder on the carton conveyor assists the robot to track the cartons.

By utilizing robotics in a case packing solution, reliability and ease of operation are  guaranteed  since we employ preset recipe control and servo motion.

The p255i case packer is available in several different size ranges and either glue or tape close configuration.
