The rml c198 RSC glue close pack station is designed for lower volume production lines where full automation is not justified or the flexibility makes it prohibitive.

The closer is fitted with a workstation designed to hold an RSC carton open ready for packing. Once packed, the operator would simply push it forward into the closer, from which the closer conveyor will pull the case through and proceed to glue and close both the top and bottom case flaps. The flaps will be compressed prior to ejecting out of the machine.

As always, a pressurised hot melt adhesive system is supplied to provide precise, reliable and safe glueing of the case.

Available in stainless or powdercoated construction.
