The rml e156 tray erector was developed for the horticulture and meat industries to erect ridged trays at up to 30 trays per minute.  The requirements for an interlocked stacking feature and quality presentation, meant that repeatable precise folding was critical.
 
Reliability and longevity are ensured with the use of motors and drives for all three of the plucker, blank transfer and the punch mechanism.  Safe operation is ensured, with this machine being compliant to the stringent AS4024-1 safety standard.  Options include a modular stacker, dual glue systems, date coding and labeling.
