The rml p715 continuous motion side load cartoner is  a fantastic entry level cartoner where simplicity, speed and performance are all important. It is designed to carton a wide range of products into traditional skillet cartons.  It operates in continuous motion at speeds up to 60 cartons per minute, and is extremely simple to load and operate.

Because of its hygienic stainless steel construction, it is well suited for food and pharmaceutical applications.

The main drive is powered by one motor, then by way of cams and timing belts the plucker and flap tuckers are operated. It is this simple drive design that makes this  machine easy to operate and maintain.

By using tool-less change parts, digital counter winders and our unique rapid pitch change system, size adjustments can be performed with ease knowing it will start again reliably on the new format.

The pressurized hot melt adhesive system ensures precise no mess gluing of cartons.
