The rml c202 Twin Head Taper is a simple and economic machine designed to reduce the amount of strapping required to seal a full height lidded case.  The c202 replaces the two straps that are typically applied across the box with two strips of adhesive tape.  This reduces the amount of strapping and also improves the overall appearance of the case to your customers.

The rml c202 has been designed to integrate with off the shelf strapping machines.  The twin taper gets its run signal from the start signal of the strapper.   The strapper applies the full length strap to the box, then the case is pulled through the taping section by two retracting arms located on each side of the taper.  The action of the two pulling arms ensures the rear flaps f the lid are held firmly against the box as well as keeping the box square with the tape as it is being applied.
