Tray Erectors
rml are specialists in machinery for erecting trays from a die-cut blanks. Our breadth of expertise ranges from simple '4 corner' trays, all the way through to complex horticulture trays. Standard solutions include:


	Simple Tray Erector	View PDF
	Used to erect simple '4 corner' lidded or non-lidded trays. Limited size adjustment, up to speeds of 15/minute. Often used for shelf ready tray applications.

	Mid Range Tray Erector	View PDF
	Capable of erecting a wide range of differing sizes of flat bottom trays. Typically have flaps glued up the sides. Machine significantly larger than e116 to accomodate deep drawn trays. 5 minute size change, speeds up to 20/minute.

	Single Fold Tri-Corner Erector
	Designed to erect re-inforced corner post trays typically found in New Zealand meat processing industry. Can achieve speeds of up to 25/minute.

	Double Fold Tri-Corner Erector	View PDF
	Similar to e133, except it has a double operation forming station for a double corner post. This is necessary for additional strength and is often found in the Kiwi- fruit industry.

	Meat Tray Erector
	For erecting the superconer and '4 corner' trays commonly found in meat packing operations. Speed typically 20/minute, although higher speeds are possible.

	P6 & P84 Style Tray Erector	View PDF
	For complex trays commonly used in fruit and vegetable industry. Many size and style variants available, with hot and cold glue options. Speeds up to 28/minute.

Case Erectors rml are specialists in machinery for erecting boxes from corrugated fibreboard RSC or HSC blanks. Our machines are designed with a focus on reliability of performance, speed and producing consistently square boxes given a wide tolerance of board parameters.

	This standard rml product has evolved from years of expertise in this area. There are options on speed, size variability and glue versus taped close.

	Returnable Plastic Crate Erector	View PDF
	Developed especially for the Australia R.P.C market. Used by produce packers to automate erecting of Coles Myer crates at speeds up to 20/minute. Multi depths of tray no problem for this machine.

Carton Erectors rml have developed several carton erecting systems as part of larger carton packing systems. Most of this expertise is imbedded in a carton packing solution and not sold as stand alone erectors. One innovative and cost saving product however is the e166.
